My mom is legally blind and she can't use the app in accessibility mode or make the screen bigger so she has a hard time navigating it. The algorithm that is used to recommend books isn't great (recommends other books by the same author, which I feel is.obvious?) My biggest complaint however, is that there is seemingly no way to make the app more accessible. I find that a lot of popular or "buzzworthy" books are only available in audio format, which is frustrating for me (I prefer reading).
